Make DIY snow for sensory play fun!

This DIY snow is the perfect winter sensory play activity for your toddler!

Ingredients:

1 cup baking soda (bicarbonate of soda)

1 1/2 cups cornstarch

½ cup sugar

1 tbsp cream of tartar

Vegetable oil or water

Instructions:

Add baking soda, cornstarch, sugar, and cream of tartar to a bowl and mix until combined. Add vegetable oil or water in small amounts until it forms a crumbly texture. You should be able to form a ball, but it should crumble apart when you break it.

Add scoops and cups to make snow cones and for extra fun, make "snow paint" by adding water and food colouring to squeeze bottles.
